Can POSC report employee time and attendance, vacation leave, etc,. A. Sorry, but the answer is no. Many different T&A systems are used throughout the State and are updated using different time schedules. Any information collected would be practically outdated by the time it was posted. Q. Can I change SECU deductions via POSC. A. The State Employee Credit Union (SECU) is chartered by the State to serve its employees, retirees and their dependents. While we (Central Payroll) do send and receive information concerning deductions electronically, by Executive Order 01.01.1993.28 we are not allowed to initiate, change or cancel any SECU deduction.
