Advanced payroll notices

Thanksgiving Holiday - Contract payroll PPE 11/25/08

This is a reminder that two state holidays occur on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2008.  Therefore, payroll-processing schedules will be advanced for the pay period ending November 25, 2008.  The PTR’s will be available for keying on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.  The PTR’s may be approved at the agency on Monday, November 24, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.

All PTR’S must be approved no later than 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2008.

Payrolls will be available for pick-up in Annapolis according to the normal schedule.

Christmas Holiday - Contract payroll PPE 12/23/08

This is a reminder that a state holiday occurs on Thursday, December 25, 2008.  Therefore, payroll-processing schedules will be advanced for the pay period ending December 23, 2008.  The PTR’s will be available for keying on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.  The PTR’s may be approved at the agency on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.

All PTR’S must be approved no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 24, 2008.

Payrolls will be available for pick-up in Annapolis according to the normal schedule.
