Advanced Schedule for Regular Payroll-
Pay Period Ending January 10, 2012
This is a reminder that a state holiday occurs on Monday, January 16, 2012. Therefore, payroll- processing schedules will be advanced for the pay period ending January 10, 2012. ETRs will be updated and available for posting on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 after 9:00 a.m.
Agency "pay period only" reinstatements must be requested no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday,
January 6, 2012.
ETRs approved by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 will be processed in the first payroll run. All ETRs must be approved by Wednesday, January 11, 2012 no later than 3:00 p.m.
