The voluntary deductions for the Maryland Charities Campaign, which were solicited in the Fall of 2009, will be effective starting with the Regular Payroll pay period ending December 29, 2009, paid on January 6, 2010. For the University of Maryland payroll, deductions will begin with pay period ending January 2, 2010, paid on January 8, 2010. Employees on the contractual payroll will see deductions begin with pay period ending January 5, 2010, paid on January 13, 2010.
The payroll deductions will continue for 26 pays. |
