How is the Employee notified if the W-4 is not completed correctly?

Central Payroll will notify the employee in writing by sending notification with the incorrect W-4 to the agency for distribution to the Employee. It is the agency's responsibility to forward the notice and incorrect W-4 to the employee in a timely matter.
