What is the Employee's filing status if no W-4 has been submitted to Central Payroll Bureau?

If Central Payroll does not receive a timely W-4, it must establish filing status as single with 0 allowances for Federal, 1 allowance for state and the County code for the county with the highest tax rate as instructed by taxing authorities.
