Advanced payroll information

Columbus Day holiday

This is a reminder that a state holiday occurs on Monday, October 13, 2008. Therefore, payroll- processing schedules will be advanced for the pay period ending October 7, 2008.  ETRs will be updated and available for posting on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.

Agency "pay period only" reinstatements must be requested no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday,October 3, 2008.

ETRs approved by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 will be processed in the first payroll run. All ETRs must be approved by Wednesday, October 8, 2008 no later than 3:00 p.m.

Payrolls will be available for pickup in Annapolis, Friday, October 10, 2008 after 4:00 p.m. and in Baltimore, Tuesday, October 14, 2008 after 10:00 a.m.

Election Day - Nov. 4th

This is a reminder that a state holiday occurs on Tuesday, November 4, 2008.  Therefore, payroll-processing schedules will be advanced for the pay period ending October 28, 2008.  The PTR’s will be available for keying on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.  The PTR’s may be approved at the agency on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 after 9:00 a.m.

All PTR’S must be approved no later than 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2008.

Payrolls will be available for pick-up in Annapolis after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2008.
