Welcome to the Compliance Division of the Comptroller of Maryland. The division is responsible for auditing and collecting various business and personal taxes administered by the Comptroller and is comprised of eight operating sections: Administration, Auditing, Collections, Hearings and Appeals, Compliance Programs, Unclaimed Property, and Accounting/System Support.
